How to use this tool
How many hours did I work? How long between start and end of a trip? The tool handles regular hours (9:00 → 17:30) and overnight shifts (22:00 → 6:00, with "next day" checked). Decimal hours make billing easy.

Frequently asked questions
- Why is my duration negative?
- If end is before start on the same day, check "End time on next day": the tool adds 24 hours.
- How to bill per minute?
- The "minutes" field gives total minutes directly. Multiply by your per-minute rate, or divide by 60 for an hourly rate.
